How to make it: Bring 2 tbsp mulled wine spice to the boil with 2.5 dl water and remove from the heat. After 5 minutes, add 7.5 dl of wine and leave to infuse for another 5 minutes. (Do not boil any more!). Finally, sweeten to taste and pour through a sieve. Our tip: For an exotic touch, use white wine and add a little saffron.
