From early to late and at any time of year - the Bärn-Parcours Altenberg has no opening hours. Various posts line the route at regular intervals. Not only do you train your endurance, strength and agility outdoors, you also develop your mental fitness and creativity. And all this on the banks of the green-blue Aare - sounds great! Incidentally, the Bärn-Parcours is not only available in Altenberg, but also in Bethlehem, Neufeld, Könizbergwald and Wittigkofen

Tip from the author

After the run, head to one of the countless restaurants in Bern's city center, which can be reached within a few minutes via the ascent to Waisenhausplatz.
