This loop is for nature lovers: from Eichholz to the Auguetbrücke bridge, the fresh scent of the deciduous trees and the quiet rippling of the Aare will immerse you in another world. In the midst of nature - and yet very close to the city - the approximately 16-kilometer route leads upstream. On the way back, you pass the Bern Zoo and BärenPark, cross the Untertorbrücke bridge and return to the old town through the charming Matten quarter.
